The quote was provided the same day, and the system was installed on time and on schedule. “After struggling for 12–18 months to find a reliable company to install a battery system at my property, I was honestly starting to lose hope. Most of the businesses I contacted seemed to operate through offshore call centres, which made the whole process frustrating, impersonal and the pricing always shifted with sneaky add-ons. Then I came across Source Energy Group. From the very first conversation with Anthony, things felt different. He was professional, easy to deal with and we quickly came to an arrangement that I was happy to move forward with. The day before installation, Cam and Boden visited my property to make sure everything would run smoothly and to check whether any additional components were required. They arrived the next day exactly as scheduled, fully prepared and ready to go. The quality of workmanship was second to none. Not only did they complete the installation to an exceptionally high standard, but they also took the time to walk me through the entire solar battery system and app setup. They explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood how the system worked before they left. I honestly can't speak highly enough of these guys. They're based in Yatala Qld, but travel extensively up and down the Queensland coast completing battery installations. If you're looking for an Australian company with genuine Australian-based support and tradespeople who truly care about their work, I highly recommend them. What impressed me even further was the respect they showed for my property. Before leaving, they removed all rubbish, blew out the garage and swept everything clean. That attention to detail says a lot about the kind of professionals they are. Jo and the team still check in on me to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Absolutely five stars all the way.”

“I found Source energy group randomly on facebook. i was thinking at the time, yeah just another group like the rest. left a message with them to get back to me. firstly i was surprised i could talk to them normally without not understanding them. had a quote done, i was very happy with the price. So went ahead with booking the installation. “We recently had our solar system installed by Source Energy Group and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We were originally referred to them by a friend who spoke highly of their honesty and trustworthiness and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation. From the very beginning, Dan in sales was fantastic, incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer the many questions we had without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He made what felt like a very overwhelming decision much easier to navigate. The installation team, led by Cam, were just as impressive. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The turnaround time from start to finish was surprisingly quick, and everything ran smoothly without any issues. A big thank you as well to Jo in admin, who kept everything organised behind the scenes and ensured communication was clear the whole way through. “Bloody Fantastic!!! From Quote by Dan…to the final Quote…just amazing. Quote price was excellent and pencil sharpened. Lots explained along the way with regards to battery & panels brands and sizing. Most companies were telling me late April…just inside the May 1 deadline. Dan promised a late January install….Wow!!! Install was finished yesterday. Quick…professional…and working like a dream. Hat's off to Cam & Boden. Such great guys. Nothing too much trouble. Both went over and above my usual expectations. Being a computer tech & gadget nerd I had lots of techie questions. Cam and Boden answered them all and said keep asking. Would I recommend Source Energy Group?? Sure would. 10 out of 5. Cam at Source Energy Group came to our house not once but twice to ensure we fully understood the process, answering all our questions. Making the decision to go with Source Energy was not a hard decision, it was easy. From the time we signed the paper work, our system was fully installed within two weeks. The team were constantly in contact to advise on each step, answering all our questions. The installers on the day were amazing. Jase came to our house after hours to ensure we understood the app, explaining what all the graphs and symbols were for and how to monitor the system.
